Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of product.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once product has been shipped out or delivered.
- All returned items must be in new, un-used condition, with all packaging, tags and information still attached.
- Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
- No re-stocking fees on special orders cancelled within 5 days of order placement.
Restocking Fees
For products picked up in store or delivered by Patio Star AZ a 15% restocking fee will apply.
For products delivered by freight or parcel carrier, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
Closeout, Clearance & “As-Is” Items
Closeout and clearance items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.
